Feelness offers a variety of courses to suit boys and girls, men and ladies of different ages and ability to complement their unique needs.  Choose from one of the courses below to match the intensity of the workout to improving overall health and fitness, lose weight, improve body shape or build strength and muscles.

Basic Course

Stretching, & Balance

Introduction course for your first few EMS experiences suitable if you are just getting back into exercise.  Don’t wait for the doctor to give you a reason to exercise with a health warning or worse!!  Get active, get mobile and get fit.  Start the journey to recover your youth and restore your confidence again.

Each session takes 20 mins and will give you just the right amount of exercise for busy and inactive people who are looking for good health and an alert mind.  The workout starts with a gentle warmup, lower body and core before finishing with full body stability movements.  The whole body is stimulated with a low to medium current during the whole workout in order to increase muscle strength and increase metabolic rate.

Muscle Tone I  (Thighs, Hips & Core)

Movements especially designed for firming and toning specific areas with the assistance of EMS technology.  Feel the difference after this workout after just a few sessions when you look in the mirror.

Each session takes 20 mins and your trainer will take you through a series of exercises for firming and toning starting from the lower body and moving up to core and upper body.

Sweat and Burn I

EMS + cardio and muscle training.

The intensity of the EMS current and the exercises in this workout are designed to burn fat by increasing your heart beat and metabolic rate.  Choose this option if you are looking for overall weight loss.

Each session takes 20 mins and the training of the bigger muscles in your lower body and fast cardio is key to this workout while core exercises and upper body are not neglected.

Advanced

Muscle Tone II  (Hips, belly & arms)

This is an advanced course for targeted firming and toning and the movements are combined with a medium to high current with the assistance of EMS technology.  You will feel the burns in the key areas immediately after the workout.

Each session takes 20 mins and your trainer will take you through a series of exercises for firming and toning starting from the lower body and moving up to core and upper body.

Strength Training

This is an advanced course for bigger muscles and strength.  For people who want to improve performance in other sports or want to bulk up.  The muscle soreness after this workout is similiar to working with heavy weights in the gym.  Some lightweights and resistance bands may be used to assist but the main source of resistance will come from a medium to high EMS current.

Each session takes 20 mins and training starts from the lower body, moving up to focus on the upper body including the chest, back muscles and arms.

Sweat & Burn II

This is an advanced course for fat burn and the movements are designed to exercise your muscles at a fast pace in order to raise your metabolic rate.

Each session takes 20 mins.  The workout starts with a warmup, then targeting lower body, core and upper body.  Short intervals of cardio bursts are interspaced throughout.  The whole body is stimulated with a medium to high current during the whole workout in order to increase muscle strength and increase metabolic rate.

Special

Fat Burn from Hell

For people who are already active and fit.  Your trainer will take you through advanced exercises with a combination of cardio, muscle training with quick explosive movements and heavy resistance from EMS.

Each session takes 25 mins and ensure maximum fat burn and maximum metabolic rate.  The workout starts with a warmup, then targeting lower body, core and upper body.  Short intervals of cardio bursts are interspaced throughout.  The whole body is stimulated with a medium to high current during the whole workout in order to increase muscle strength and increase metabolic rate.

Kick Boxing

A fun and intense workout to make EMS training more fun with a series of boxing movements.  Boxing is one of the quickest exercises for slimming.

Each session takes 25 mins and the intense boxing exercises help to burn away more calories during the workout and to increase burn after.  Expect lots of boxing cardio, core and lower body workouts and the last part will finish with some pad work with your trainer.
